What is Cherry Meow Shop?
Cherry Meow Shop is a trusted online shop selling a wide range of products for everyone. We designed the website with shoppers in mind and have made it easy to use. We source for the best quality for all our products and offer them at really great prices. With our easy shopping experience, you can always be assured of satisfaction when you buy from us.
An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again?
We constantly source for more product type and the latest styles for our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will restock items that have been sold out. We strongly advise you make the purchase the moment you see something you like without hesitating.
Will the design and color I choose be different from what I see on screen?
We will do our best to deliver the correct order based on your selected design, color and size. Please note designs are shown as computer mock-ups. Actual colors may vary depending on the screen of the device you are using.
How do I know if the size fits me?
Size chart for t-shirts are provided to help you choose the correct size. If in doubt, measure your favorite t-shirt and match the measurements to our Size Chart & Tee Info.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all credit/debit cards. You can also pay via PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?
No, you can opt to pay by credit/debit card which does not require you to have a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account and you wish to pay using it, just choose the PayPal option. You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. There you will be presented with two options:
(1) Pay using credit card (shown on the left side of page), and
(2) Log in to PayPal account.

ORDERS
Which credit/debit cards do you accept for payment via PayPal?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover and JCB.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Exchanges are only available for product that is already damaged upon receipt or has a fault derived from the manufacturer. If that happens, we recommend that you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the same or different product.
Do I need to sign for my order?
To expedite delivery, anyone at the address given can receive your order on your behalf. As such, please ensure that you give us the correct address.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
As we work so quickly to process and ship your order, we regret that it is not possible for us to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your order and payment, make a quick check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.
Can I cancel an order?
Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. We regret that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
