Exchanges can be made if you receive an item other than the one you ordered or if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item. We will replace your damaged item with the exact same design, size, and color of the original item.
We ship to the address provided by you when you place your order. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for missing orders due to address mistakes given by customers. If you experience this, we can only arrange item to be re-shipped if you agree to pay for shipping and handling fee again.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO box addresses.
*** Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving a return shipping address. Depending on item availability, return address may not be the same as shipping address. Items must be sent back to the address we specify when you contact us. We do not accept return items which have been used, washed, stained, or with odors, or pet hairs.
