1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
2. The way to win is to spread the word and share with as many friends as you can.
3. This contest is open to anyone with a valid physical address. Please note that we do not accept P.O. Box Numbers as addresses. To enter, complete the mandatory fields on the entry form and click button submit.
4. The voting period is from Nov 24 to Dec 23, 2016. Entries must be received by Dec 23, 2016. Three (3) entries with the most credit points will be posted on our Cherry Meow Shop FB fanpage on/after Dec 23, 2016. Winners will be notified by email and/or FB posting.
5. The entry is deemed to be submitted by the person whose email address appears on the entry form. In case of dispute or ambiguity regarding the identity of the owner of the email address, Cherry Meow Shop reserves the right to disqualify the submitted entry.
6. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Cherry Meow Shop if a prize or prize item cannot be awarded for any reason. In such event, Cherry Meow Shop will in its sole discretion award a substitute prize or part thereof of equal or greater value.
7. By taking part in this contest, you agree to abide by these rules & regulations and to accept Cherry Meow Shop's decision as final.
8. Each potential winner will be notified by email on or about the date indicated on the contest website. The potential winner is responsible for entering his/her correct email address at the time of submission and prizes may be forfeited if the potential winner cannot be contacted or his/her identity cannot be verified.

Cherry Meow Shop, the organiser of this campaign, in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any contestant it reasonably suspects or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the award mechanism, by any means, or to be acting in violation of these rules & regulations. Any contestant attempting to defraud or tamper with this contest in any way will be ineligible for awards.

Cherry Meow Shop further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this contest or any part of this contest should any cause beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this contest as determined by Cherry Meow Shop in its sole discretion.
